This Progressive Garlic Peeler is designed to effectively peel cloves of garlic without getting your fingers all sticky. Use the green-colored nylon portion to effectively cut cloves of garlic away from the bulb. Place the garlic cloves inside the sleeve and then roll the sleeve back and forth while pressing down firmly. You can then slide the fully peeled cloves of garlic out of the sleeve for instant use in your recipe. Dishwasher safe.
