I have been looking for a mug holder for a very long time. They are hard to find. I liked the looks of this one as well as the price. Received product within a few days and couldn’t be more pleased. Great item for my rv. My coffee cups are more conveniently located and gives me more storage in my cabinets for other things.
I searched all over for a nice looking mug tree and I really like this one. My only complaint is that the upward hooks are a little too long and hook a bit too much, no problem my hubby can fix that.

The product was of good quality. It is better for regular size coffe cups, as I bought it for tiny espresso cups and there is too much space. I received the product promptly and would order from organize it again.

This mug rack is just what I was looking for and was delivered quickly. Only problem was the middle bar was slightly bent and the cup would fall off and potentionally break. We were able to bend this bar slightly 3 times to re-align. The cup now stays in place. I really didn’t want to send back and re-order.

I love the design and the shipping was very quick. I would only recommend you measure the space between your counter top and bottom cabinet before ordering. Unfortunately, I did not pay any attention to the height of the tree and it does not fit under my cabinets! No worries though, we found a spot for it.

It was actually nicer looking than I expected. The only problem is that the base is not stable. When I took one mug off, the whole mug tree tipped over, breaking two other mugs. I wish I could get three more balls to attach to the base, because otherwise I really like the mug tree.
