Love this product! Used to put ice in the bottle but our dogs prefer just us pouring some water in the plastic lid. You will love this product. It is soft and easy to store.

I love this product, once I figured out how to use it. There were no directions, but nevertheless, we figured it out.The plastic wad stiff at first, when you flip it inside several times, it loosens up. Our dog was hesitant at first, but now loves it. I love that it holds 20 oz and has a wide mouth for ice. It is great. My husband and I give it 5 stars!! HOWEVER, IT NEEDS DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO USE IT!

I love this product, once I figured out how to use it. The picture shows a flip up trough to pour water in for pet’s drinking . . . there is no way to flip the trough ad it is one piece of molded plastic. This product is a complete waste of money as far as I’m concerned.
