Softouch SENSE-ation Dog Harness
The Softouch SENSE-ation is their enhanced front-connection harness that is made with custom Softouch webbing to offer unbeatable comfort for your dog, and designed to never choke, pinch, constrict, or hobble.
SENSE-ation Dog Harness Features & Information
The Girth Strap (belly strap) provides extra comfort and is made of custom Softouch polyester webbing.
Short coat dogs especially benefit from the soft and pliable girth strap.
Mini and X-Small sizes - all straps are custom Softouch polyester webbing.
Light weight and durable hardware - Duraflex.
Side-positioned buckle prevents irritation.
Strap keepers prevent webbing from slipping.
Nickel plated, steel and welded O-rings for strength.
The 1" wide webbing is better proportioned for big shouldered, wide-framed dogs. It is also better for high energy, reactive big dogs.
If the measurement falls within two harnesses, Softouch suggests the larger size.
The Softouch SENSE-ible Dog Harness is their standard front-connection harness that offers the same quality construction and performance of the SENSE-ation harness, but does NOT have the custom Softouch webbing girth strap.

Made with high-grade nylon webbing.
Straps are adjusted with METAL hardware.
Side-positioned buckle prevents irritation.

X-Small harnesses are designed to be used with light weight leashes/snaps (7/16" or 3/8" wide). Retractable leashes are not recommended.
If the measurement falls within two harnesses, Softouch suggests the larger size.
An accurate girth measurement is required to select the proper size Softouch harness. Using a flexible measuring tape (or leash), measure from just behind the front legs all the way around your dog. You are measuring the circumference of the body just behind the front legs, like measuring for a "belt." Then you can refer to a Size Chart above to select the proper size using the girth measurement.
Please note that the measurement is the best way to get the correct size - DO NOT USE THE WEIGHT RANGE to select size.

Chest Measurement
The chest measurement is typically 1/2 the girth measurement and is not required for most dogs.
Please note that some breeds such as Bulldogs, Bull Terriers, etc., will require a measurement as per the diagram (right) to determine a proper fit.
Measure around the center of the forechest, over the breastbone. Start behind one of the dog's front legs to the same point behind the other front leg.
