I have been thrilled with the customer service & their catching one order through Amazon & correcting my zip code mistakes. Customer service was personal and ultra-high alert. Explained that my product amount would take some special time but totally understandable and I have been looking for these mesh totes for over a year. Searched sites for months. This product works so well in my life that a friend took one of the two I had leaving me with only one. I was lost without my other tote. Once I found these I grabbed four, I love the product and the cinch closure. Perfect!!! Keep carrying the product and i will go to organize-it 1st!!! Great job with my order! Thank you again and again
