Just what I needed

The rack itself is fine. My problem is that when buying it on eBay I paid almost $23. I feel just a little screwed and would be tempted never to buy anything again from this seller, but then I realized it was "free shipping," and felt somewhat mollified.

Excellent construction, relatively easy installation. Measure your stud locations accurately because the mounting holes are spaced 15 7/8 inches apart, whereas most studs are 16" apart.
