This extra-large sized tension rod is well made and suited our purpose perfectly. We had a room with a large, open entrance that we wanted to temporarily close off with long, heavy drapes. This well-constructed stainless steel rod is sturdy enough to hold the weight of our drapes and looks very nice as well. We highly recommend this product! It took longer to get it out of the box and unwrapped then it did to get it up and in place! Very sturdy, nice quality and perfect for what I wanted. I’m using it for closet curtains in an old home that has very oddly shaped closet areas. My space was 76 inches across and this fits the frame perfectly, and my husband is happy about no damage to the walls!

It was not easy for me to find an extra long tension rod in the stores nor online available for immediate shipping. This site was the only place I found what I needed in the color I needed and at a great price. The product arrived in a timely fashion and worked out great. We rent a condo and so are reluctant to spend any money improving the property we don't own. Running out of options to hang curtains in our east facing bedroom, we discovered this tension rod. Finally found something long enough, non-permanent and sturdy that works for us! Very satisfied.

We recently completed a gut and complete upscale remodel based on good taste and savvy shopping on a middle class budget. Were going to do glass shower/tub enclosure but the cost will have to wait since we spent much on finishes. Meantime this extra long shower rod was easy to put up, works perfectly, looks great and is cost effective. It may end up a keeper because of the above and I don't have to clean glass : )

Grateful for this rod at this price. Would have paid more for something fancy if I had found it. I tried to use a similar priced Moen to match my other fixtures in a new middle class bathroom redo. Wasn't long enough and they didn't have an extension choice. This works great. Holds fine. Look is so simple it coordinates with anything. Happy I got it.

For years I have used a homemade rod because everything else was too short. This did the job in 10 minutes! It's very good looking and fits snugly at the right spot.

All of the shower rods in the store were for a maximum of 72" and our opening is much wider. This is the first rod I've found that wasn't $50+. Easy to install, and it's hanging up like a champ!
LOVE IT! Had to watch for days to make sure it didn’t start sliding down like other tension rods I had purchased for this spot. It hasn’t moved!!! make sure you follow the directions as they are just a bit different than others. GREAT PRODUCT!

I was so excited when I found this extra-long rod for such a great price, however, I cant get it to stay tight. Ive read online that many other people have had the same problem. It simply rests on the tile, not what I wanted, but what I got.

I ordered 2 of these. Like other reviewers, rods at this length are rare so I was excited to find these. And as one reviewer noted, it takes time to get all the packaging removed. Disappointingly both rods did not "click" into position to hold the length of the rods steady and I had to jerry rig both of them to get them to stay at length, and then added closet rod holders to avert any tension failure. Admittedly, I am using them at their longest possible length.
