One of the ends is molded different than the other. One end hooks on the side of the drawer while the other rests flat, so it doesn't exactly fit if your drawers are tight.

This product is not at all what I expected. From the images, I thought it was a two- level organizer, but it just sits on top of the drawer and barely has room to hold anything. Not what I wanted.
