The bamboo is made of tri-ply laminate with a special adhesive, and the cutting board is 3/8 of an inch thick so it's easy to move around the kitchen. Use the cut-out in the corner to hang the bamboo cutting board right on the wall so you can easily grab it when preparing meals. The bamboo utility board is completely dishwasher safe for an efficient cleanup process. Simply rub mineral oil on the bamboo wood after each wash to keep the wood in pristine condition so it is sure to last for years to come.
