This product came exactly as ordered. It was assembled a little off balance, but the clips come undone and you can re-arrange the baskets at whatever level you need. I have vaulted ceilings in my kitchen, so I had to buy extension chain to hang it, but overall, I'm very happy with this product.

I love this basket hanger. It is so sturdy and nice looking. It holds tons of veggies and fruits and takes up very little space. i had been shopping around for awhile for one of these and am so glad I got this one. The basket is very sturdy and made from stainless steel, however the basket was smaller than I had thought and also does not hang down long enough from the ceiling, but a decent buy.

Bummer it didn’t have hardware or a longer chain, I had to go to the hardware store, but it definitely told me that in the description so I wasn’t shocked, it just would be nice. Otherwise, great product nice and big, three tiers are awesome, lots of room. I bought two, one for fruit and one for veggies. Very happy with purchase

I’ve had this item for about nine months now. I thought it was a good product initially. Perhaps I placed too many items in the baskets, but the chains have broken at least three times. My husband and I have managed to put them back together each time, but it’s a bit difficult to make the baskets hang level now. The product is a great solution for kitchen or pantry storage, but the chains need to be stronger.
