Shipping Charges All shipping costs are dynamically calculated based on the weight of the items, the size of the shipment and the physical distance that the package must travel. This includes Ground, Second Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail shipments. Our site uses the actual shipping cost associated with your order in an effort to make our shipping costs as fair as possible. We do not charge based on order value, because it costs more to ship something across the country rather than the next state over. We also do not artificially inflate our prices to account for shipping deficiencies. Your shipping costs can be determined after you have finished adding items to the cart by clicking on the Estimated Shipping Charges link directly under all your items. This link will open an estimator window where you will enter your country (orders going outside the US or Canada please see our International Shipping page), city, state, postal / zip code and indicate whether your shipping address is a business or residence. You will be presented with the shipping costs for your order. You may also choose to complete the order information on the address page of the cart. You will see your shipping costs before you are asked to enter a credit card. If you provide inaccurate shipping information that must be corrected for FedEx to deliver your order, Fed Ex charges a rerouting fee of $10.00 which we will pass on to you. Special Order items cannot be cancelled or returned; this will be noted on the individual item page. |

Shipping Methods We will ship orders anywhere within the United States and Canada, and also to US Military (APO's) addresses. We also ship most countries through our shipping partner Bongo International. Please see the table below to see available carriers for your location. |

| Organize-It reserves the right to change your ground carrier to the most economical carrier for your order and your location. If you would like your order shipped the same day with expedited shipping (2nd Day or Next Day Air), it must be placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Expedited orders are not moved or delivered over weekends or holidays, so those days should not be counted for the expected delivery time. Expedited shipping to Hawaii and Alaska takes one additional day to deliver than the chosen shipping method indicates (i.e. 2nd Day Air takes 3 days, and Next Day Air 2 days). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Canadian customers are responsible for all additional duties, taxes or brokerage fees. Because we use USPS to ship Canadian orders these fees should not be incurred. Orders to Canada must be shipped via USPS Ground. We do not offer an expedited service to Canada. |

| Drop Ship Drop ship means that your order, or part of your order, will be sent directly to you by the manufacturer. This is done to save shipping costs, and to help keep our prices low. You will be notified via email for any items being drop shipped to you. Drop shipped items can not be cancelled once they are ordered. | Estimated Ground Shipping Delivery Time The following delivery timetable map is an estimate only, and applies only to FedEx Ground Shipping. Factors such as weather conditions and holidays should be considered when estimating Ground shipping time. As addressed above, orders placed before 1:00pm ET will likely ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm ET will ship the following business day. Please consider this when placing your order. |
