Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days.

Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) only. Please contact us by email or phone to receive your RMA#. Do not send any item(s) back to us with out an RMA#. Your package will be refused and no funds will be returned.
  • Products must be returned in NEW condition, in their original packaging, and with all instructions and warranty paperwork included. Items that can not be re-sold as new (including packaging) will result in no funds being returned to you.
  • Organize-It has partnered with FedEx to offer our customers an easy return shipping label program at a reduced rate compared to list rates. When you contact our Customer Service Department for an RMA#, they will offer to have a FedEx Return Label emailed directly to you. All you have to do is print the label and take it to any of the FedEx Drop Off locations listed in your email. Upon receipt of your return, we will deduct the cost of this label from your refund.
  • If a package is refused by the customer or returned to sender, we will deduct the amount of the return shipping from the return amount.
  • You may also choose your own traceable shipping method for a return. Please make sure your RMA# is entered on the return label.
  • Customers are fully responsible for all items shipped back to us until they are received by the Organize-It Returns Department. This means that if any item is damaged during shipment, you are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier to receive your money. We will not issue a refund for damaged merchandised received at our location.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs for your order nor do we pay for you to return items to us.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, choose to accept a return after 30 days from delivery. A 33 percent restocking fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for Closeout or Special Order items.
  • Do not return damaged, defective items or incorrect items received. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We may send a replacement item or parts or exchange the item for an item of equal value at no cost to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, you need to contact us to receive an RMA# to complete your return process. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • We do not refund shipping charges. All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be applied to the method of payment originally used. E-Check and check customers will need to allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
  • If you would like an exchange, we suggest you revisit our website or call to place a new order.

Damaged Shipments
In the event that you receive a damaged product, or the wrong product, DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT, contact our Customer Service Department within 10 days at 1-800-210-7712. We will send you a replacement item or parts at no cost to you. For damaged items we will require digital pictures of the damage sent to info@organizeit.com. Keep the damaged item until you receive the replacement. If you decide that you do not want the damaged item, it will be considered a return, and all of our return policies will apply. The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse, and shipping costs will not be refunded. For items received in error we will notify you if we will have you return the product to us and we will pay for the return shipping.

Non-Receipt of Order
In the event that you do not receive your order you must call us within 14 days of the ship date so we can do an investigation. We may, based on our investigation re-ship the order to you. If you fail to contact us within the 14 days we will not reship your order and no return will be processed.

Return Address
Pack your item securely enough to withstand FedEx shipping. Make sure to include your receipt along with a note explaining the reason for the return. Don't forget to note whether you want an exchange or a refund. Send your return using a trackable shipping method back to our warehouse (even if your order was drop shipped).

Drop Ship
Drop ship means that your order, or part of your order, will be sent directly to you by the manufacturer. This is done to save shipping costs, and to help keep our prices low. You will be notified via email for any items being drop shipped to you. Drop shipped items can not be cancelled once they are ordered. You may return non-special order or drop ships by following our Return Policy.

Cancel an Order
Organize-It works very hard to try and ship in stock orders right away and we sometimes ship orders seven days a week. Attempting to find and cancel orders is very time consuming and costly. Therefore, you should make sure you want the order before you hit the Place Order button. Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled. You can however return the item per our return policy above.
