Easy Opener Too Hard To Use

As an arthritis sufferer I thought this would be just the thing to help me with what has become a very difficult task, opening jars. Alas, this opener requires so much strength to twist the jar open, it’s just not worth the struggle.
I’ve found the old ""tap the rim on the breadboard"" method and the ""pry under the lid with an old fork to break the vacuum seal"" system easier -- if you can imagine that.
I usually love OXO Good Grips anything, but this was a real disappointment.
