I have a mandolin like many other people and just need the
tray/ trays. We love microwave chips and the tray with holes in it will speed up the process of drying the chips.

The performance of the tray seems to be good. Without instructions it is hit or miss to find the right timing to cook everything just right. Maybe the Manufacturer had not had time to come up with recommended times for various fruits or potatoes. The mandolin slices very nicely and seems to slice thinner than my regular mandolin. Which makes sense for potato chips, haven’t tried other stuff except for Apple, still need more trial and error to get that right. I suspect waiting for the chip to cool off would also allow it to get crisper.
