I purchased two of these Closet Rod Center Supports to hold the replacement closet rod in my travel trailer. Since the cabinetry on both sides of the closet is rather thin, I knew the standard closet rod flanges weren't going to work. However, the ceiling is solid and provides substantial support for these. One of these center supports on either end of my 18" rod works perfectly. And the oil rubbed bronze matches all the other hardware in my trailer. Installation was a breeze. These closet rod center supports were exactly what I was looking for.

Like the matching closet rod, the finish is silky smooth and beautiful. The only problem I had is determining the exact distance below the shelf to mount the rod so that it fit through the center of the support ring - I used 2 7/8 inch, but it's tricky to measure to the center of a ring. There should be installation instructions included to clarify this.
