Assistant Closet Installer

Assistant Installer - Responsible for helping with our custom closet/cabinet installations. This individual will be responsible for cutting and pulling jobs as well as assisting with the installations in customer's homes. Additional responsibilities include: shipping orders, processing Fed Ex labels, unloading trucks, receiving merchandise, and stocking shelves.

Our ideal candidate must be organized, dependable, hardworking, honest and self motivated. We are seeking an individual who is physically fit and is easily able to lift 50 lbs. without limitations. We want a career minded individual who is willing to learn and become an Installer that we could send out on their own. Must know the basics about woodworking and working with hand tools. Some closet or cabinet installation experience would be helpful but not required as we are willing to train the right person.

Organize-It is a sixteen year old company specializing in custom closet systems along with storage and organization products. The company has experienced strong growth in sales and we are looking for permanent team member to help us continue on this course. Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer service professional who thrives on selling and helping others? Do you have experience in a call center? Organize-It wants YOU!

We're looking for help in our customer service department handling phone calls and emails from our customers. This is for our in-bound call center helping customers place orders and shop our sites. This will start as a part time position but could lead to full-time for the right individual. Work hours will be Monday-Friday 4:00 - 8:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. This position be based out of our Rochester Hills, MI offices.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Good phone voice and outstanding customer service skills.
  • Resolving customer issues.
  • Help customers shop our site.
  • Filing.
  • Keeping staff informed of issues and trends to help ensure good content, site usability and merchandising.
    The ideal candidate would possess the following:
  • Strong work ethic.
  • At least some experience in a customer service / call center environment.
  • Good telephone, computer, typing and sales skills.
  • A desire to make people happy.
  • Good communication skills.
  • At least a high school diploma.
