We seek a responsible individual with a strong work ethic to work out of our Shelby Township retail store to handle installations and provide back room support, including shipping internet orders and cutting shelving and closet rod for our closet installations. This will be a part time position working primarily Monday through Friday during the day.

Our ideal candidate must be dependable, hardworking, self motivated and able to multi-task. We are seeking an individual who is not afraid to work with their hands and some experience with power tools.

Customer Service Representative - Part Time

Are you a customer service professional who thrives on selling and helping others? Do you have experience in a call center? Organize-It wants YOU!

We're looking for help in our customer service department handling phone calls, emails and chats from our customers. This is for our in-bound call center helping customers place orders and shop our sites. This will start as a part time position (24 - 30 hours / week) but could lead to full-time for the right individual. Some evenings (until 8pm) and weekends (until 5:00pm) are required. Our Customer Service hours are:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

This position be based out of our Rochester Hills, MI offices.

Our ideal candidate would possess a strong work ethic, have at least a high school diploma, the ability to multitask and the desire to make people happy. Good telephone, computer, typing and sales skills are a must. Some experience in a customer service / call center environment would be a plus.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Outstanding customer service skills over the phone.
  • Resolving customer issues.
  • Help customers shop our site.
  • Filing.
  • Keeping staff informed of issues and trends to help ensure good content, site usability and merchandising.

Job Title:

Closet Salesperson

Closet Salesperson - Responsible for both inside and outside closet, garage, office and storage shelving sales. The chosen individual will go through a training period where they will primarily be performing inside sales while learning design basics and our design programs. Through the use of various computer aided design tools this individual will provide customers with a workable storage solution for their home or office and manage the installation process if needed. Some night and weekend work may be required as you can only close a sale when the customer is available.

Our ideal candidate must be organized, hardworking, computer literate, self-motivated and able to multi-task. This is a perfect position for a people person who enjoys design or has an interior design background. We are seeking an individual with at least some college, outstanding people skills and a desire to close sales. Previous closet sales experience would be helpful but we are willing to train the right candidate who is willing to learn and make this a career. Position will start as hourly but will migrate to a base salary plus commission after training. Therefore sales tracking will be a key component of the position.
